Reaction with air (oxygen): at high temp:  4Tl + O2 --> 2Tl2

Reaction with water: it forms thallium hydroxide 2Tl + 2H2O --> 2TlOH + H2

Electron configuration: 2, 8, 18, 32, 18, 3
